Flag Football
Flag Officiating Pipeline Initiative
The flag football pipeline initiative collaboratively builds a structured officiating development system from youth through the professional level, regardless of affiliation, driving growth with standardization.
From Grassroots to Global
Progressive education and certification give flag officials a real path to grow at every level. We're focused on building a deeper bench of qualified officials, especially by recruiting more women and making education, protection, and opportunity accessible to all. When officials are well prepared, they call games consistently and athletes get a better experience. Everyone benefits, from local leagues all the way to the global stage.
